This is the case of a 28- year old female with severe neck and right arm pain radiating into the index, long, and ring finger of her right hand. She had severe weakness of her triceps muscle. After undergoing Cervical Total Disc Replacement (C-TDR) she had complete resolution of her neck pain and right arm symptoms. Below is an xray showing the implant at C6-7. While disk replacements are not for everyone, patients without degenerative disease of the disk do well with this option.
